Trama
Nadie sabe como sucedió ni como aparecieron realmente. Un día alguien divisó una criatura anómala que se salía de lo común y se decidió que tenía que investigarlo. Tenían que haber aparecido de algún lado. Algo tenía que haberlas llevado hasta allí, hasta la tierra. Y ese algo era una puerta. No era una puerta normal ni mucho menos y aparecía y desaparecía caprichosamente en cualquier lugar del mundo y en cualquier momento. Entre aparición y aparición podían pasar un puñado de segundos o varios siglos, escasos metros o miles de kilómetros.

Entonces todas las personas que investigaban esto decidieron que nadie más tenía que saber de su existencia y esas personas se comenzaron a organizar. Originalmente, todos los grupos eran pequeñas comunidades nómadas. Básicamente, en los grupos todos eran de la misma ciudad o país. Poco a poco los grupos se fueron juntando, no por su situación, sino por sus intereses. Y todo por el descubrimiento de aquella rara puerta que conectaba los dos mundos y todas esas criaturas que viajaban a través de ella. Pero ¿qué puede abrir una puerta tan importante? Un gran poder.

Las personas de gran prestigio que pertenecían a estos grupos nómadas se dedicaron a unirlos en pequeñas comunidades. Entonces se creó una serie de normas, todas ellas recopiladas en los grandes libros o polimorfos, y se fijó un lugar donde poder debatirlas y cambiarlas. Pero era demasiada gente y no todos tenían los mismos intereses. Los asesinatos eran frecuentes y las disputas normales.

Poco a poco los grupos se fueron separando por la codicia de conseguir todo aquello que separaba el otro mundo, simplemente por una puerta, de la tierra. Finalmente las mismas personas que se habían esforzado tanto en juntar a tanta gente pactaron que lo mejor sería separa a todo el mundo en cuatro grandes grupos. Notuem, Sowrds, Rumy y Udnytte. Cuatro grandes grupos muy distintos entre ellos con cuatro opuestos objetivos y cuatro destinos diferentes.

Actualmente las tensiones entre los los clanes han crecido enormemente. Esa separación que se creó para establecer la paz ha quedado inutilizada y los cazadores se mueven en la delgada fina que separa la frialdad de la guerra.
